Article Title: Terrible T wave oversensing—programming pitfalls and optimization of the dual chamber implantable cardioverter-defibrillator with left bundle branch pacing
doi: 10.1016/j.hrcr.2025.08.019
Figure Lengend Snippet: Pictorial diagram showing how SenseAbility, the automatic sensing control algorithm, worked in our patient with the left bundle branch pacing lead connected to the atrial port. Following the paced R wave and the blanking period, the post-paced sensitivity threshold started at 0.8 mV (automatically set by device). As the decay delay is nominally 0 ms, this sensitivity threshold immediately starts to decrease until it reaches the maximum sensitivity programmed (0.2 mV in this case) over the programmed decay duration of 220 ms. Here, T wave oversensing is demonstrated. ECG = electrocardiogram.
